However if u reopen the desktop icon , it shows the " how to get started guide ". So for opening the actual application you have to go to database homepage which u can easily find by

*  right clicking the desktop database icon
*  go to properties
*  then go to open file location
*  here u can find a file named "Database Homepage"
*  by opening this u can again login to your database
*  for convenience u can also create a desktop shortcut for this

Step 2 : Now copy that xml code and goto your blog setting >> search preference >> custom robot.txt and enable it and copy the xml file and then save the changes .

Step 4 : Now goto your google webmaster account and click on your website >> then sitemaps and click to add a sitemap .

Step 5 : now the xml code that u have pasted in step 3 is used again but here u only need the code after ur blogspot.in /_________   .  copy all the code after / & paste it in Add a sitemap bar & refresh the page.

Step 1 : Search google webmaster on google & open the first link.

Step 2 : Now login in to google webmaster & click on add property and provide address of site which                                                           you want to verify.
